What you need to know about WLC
WLC is a special purpose vehicle created by Unitec to masterplan and deliver the Wairaka Precinct. It was created in November 2015 to develop and implement a strategy to create a new urban precinct on the existing Mt Albert Unitec campus where living, working and recreation will co-exist in an educationally focused and sustainable form.
The website currently provides information for stakeholders and members of the public interested in the development of the precinct. Information relating to the project will be added to the website as the Wairaka Precinct is developed and extended.
